FIT & COMFORT

ANATOMY / TOE BOX

ANATOMY / TOE BOX

A generous toe box and anatomical carbon cuts around ankles and bunions take pressure off sensitive areas. Support where you need control. Room where the foot needs to breathe.
MOLD / FILL

MOLD / FILL

The MYFIT Prime liner and internal filler are heat-moldable, so the boot shapes around your foot. Remove the liner to reach the carbon and work pressure points locally, or add padding where you need it.
LOCK / REPLACE

LOCK / REPLACE

Lace loops lock the tongue so nothing moves inside. Blow the liner? Replace it. Same carbon. Longer life.

FAQ

No hay preguntas que coincidan.

Does the TR20 have a removable liner?

+

Yes. The TR20 comes with a removable MYFIT Prime liner. This makes the boot easier to clean and maintain, and also allows the liner to be replaced or changed for another compatible option.

Can I use an Intuition liner with the TR20?

+

Yes. Intuition liners can be used with the TR20 as long as you choose the appropriate size and liner volume for the shell. Fit may vary slightly depending on the specific Intuition model and thickness.

Does the TR20 include a shock absorber?

+

No. The TR20 does not include a shock absorber as standard. The boot was intentionally designed without one to create a more direct connection between the foot, shell and frame.

If you prefer additional cushioning, you can add a shock absorber or use a more cushioned insole.

Is the TR20 suitable for wide feet?

+

The TR20 offers a particularly accommodating forefoot compared with many performance-oriented carbon boots.

The carbon shell includes strategically placed relief areas around common pressure points, especially around the big toe, little toe and bunion areas. The toe box also provides additional room while maintaining a secure fit around the heel and midfoot.

Is the TR20 shell the same as the Powerslide TAU?

+

Not exactly. The TR20 shell is based on the TAU concept, but it has been significantly modified.

It features additional relief cuts in the carbon shell, a different fit and sizing approach, and a more spacious toe box. The result is a more accommodating and comfortable carbon boot while maintaining a precise and supportive fit.

Can the TR20 carbon cuff be installed on other Powerslide boots?

+

The TR20 cuff can potentially be used with several Powerslide carbon boots that use a similar cuff mounting system, including models such as the TAU, HC EVO, C10 and TR10.

Compatibility depends on the specific boot generation and mounting hardware.

Installing the TR20 cuff on models such as the AG10 or AG20 is not considered a straightforward replacement and may require modifications.

Can the upper Velcro strap be replaced or changed for a buckle?

+

Yes. The upper Velcro strap is replaceable and the closure can also be customized with another compatible strap or buckle.

The original wide Velcro strap was chosen because it distributes pressure evenly across the liner tongue while providing strong support without the bulk of a protruding buckle.

Is the 45-degree buckle replaceable?

+

Yes. The 45-degree buckle is replaceable.

It uses a standard screw-mounted Powerslide-style speed buckle system, so the original replacement can be installed as well as other compatible buckles from different brands, provided that the mounting dimensions and screw system are suitable.

Will the TR20 be available with UFS or 165 mm mounting?

+

No. The TR20 was specifically developed around the TRINITY 3-point mounting system and is only planned as a TRINITY boot.

There are currently no UFS or 165 mm versions planned.

What sizes are available?

+

The TR20 is available in individual sizes from EU 37 to EU 45.

How do I choose the right TR20 size?

+

We recommend measuring both feet in millimeters and comparing the measurement with the official TR20 size chart.

For the best performance and control, the boot should provide a secure fit without creating excessive pressure around the toes or forefoot.

Is the TR20 heat moldable?

+

Yes. The MYFIT Prime liner can be heat molded to improve its fit around the foot.

The carbon shell also allows specific pressure areas to be adjusted by experienced skaters or skate shops when additional fit customization is required.

Are the protection and wear parts replaceable?

+

Yes. Components that are exposed to regular wear and impacts have been designed to be replaceable.

This allows damaged or worn parts to be changed without replacing the complete boot and helps extend the usable life of the TR20.

What is the TR20 recommended for?

+

The TR20 is a versatile high-performance carbon boot especially recommended for Wizard skating, freeskate and downhill.

It is particularly well suited to large-wheel and long-frame setups, where its high level of support provides excellent control.

At the same time, its removable liner and more accommodating forefoot make it comfortable enough for long skating sessions and all-day use.

Why is the TR20 cuff so high?

+

The high carbon cuff was designed primarily to improve control over large wheels and long frames.

Its additional height provides more leverage and strong lateral support, making demanding setups easier to control while reducing the effort required to stabilize the skate.

Despite its height, the cuff is designed to maintain the forward movement required for natural and responsive skating.

Is the TR20 very stiff?

+

The TR20 provides a high level of lateral stiffness and support, but it is not designed to feel completely rigid.

The carbon construction creates a precise and responsive connection with the frame, while the cuff allows controlled forward flex. This combination provides stability without unnecessarily restricting the skater's natural movement.

What makes the TR20 different from other carbon boots?

+

The TR20 was designed to combine the precision and support of a high-performance carbon boot with greater comfort and versatility.

Its key characteristics include a high carbon cuff for improved large-wheel control, a removable liner, a more accommodating toe box, strategically placed relief areas in the carbon shell and the TRINITY 3-point mounting system.

The result is a carbon boot capable of handling demanding Wizard, freeskate and downhill setups while remaining comfortable enough for long skating sessions.
